With universal embossed floors, the tactile texture does not follow the design of the film layer. The knots and distinctive textures can be felt, but to a lesser extent than with a registered embossed floors.

Thermal resistance indicates the thermal resistance of a material layer. This R-value for dryback and loose lay is 0.02 m² k/w. The R-value for Rigid Click floors is 0.049 m² k/w.

Begin cleaning 48 hours after the floor has been installed to allow the adhesive to cure properly. Cleaning your Therdex LVT floor should be limited to vacuuming and mopping. First, vacuum the floor to remove all loose dirt. Use a two-bucket mopping system: one bucket with cleaning water and another with clean water for rinsing the mop. Add James Vinyl & LVT Cleaner Clean & Quick Dry to the cleaning water. This product effectively cleans the matte PU layer of the LVT floor without altering its appearance or causing layer build-up. When choosing a dry walking mat, it is important to select one that is plasticizer-free. This is because our Therdex floors contain biodegradable plasticizers that can migrate from mats that also contain plasticizers. Therefore, it is essential to ensure that the chosen mat does not contain any plasticizers. Another option is to consider cutting the mat.
